The Firm represents developers of residential, commercial and industrial products. The Firm's residential development clients create single family detached, condominium, multifamily highrise and adaptive reuse or loft housing projects. We deal with clients from project inception, through subdivision map act, subdivided lands sale act, CEQA and local permit and DRE compliance. In particular the firm has strong local government relationships in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties as well as at the State level where water, wildlife and utility legislation is crafted which facilitates streamlined project timelines. Firm clients also develop retail, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities. The firm has taken a leadership role in the redevelopment of the Los Angeles Historic Core and Theater District.

More recently the Firm has been involved in workouts for the projects that were not successful in avoiding the real estate slump. Lots of them.
