Of Counsel Sandy Mallory is a real estate attorney with a focus on leasing. She has broad experience dealing with lease issues on both the landlord and tenant sides, and has negotiated leases ranging in size from under 5,000 square feet to over 100,000 square feet. Ms. Mallory’s experience includes drafting and negotiating office, retail and industrial leases throughout California, with an emphasis on restaurant leasing. Her clients include developers, pension funds, REITs, Fortune 500 companies, biotechnology companies, Top Chefs, Iron Chefs and other restaurant owners, from yogurt shops to fine-dining establishments. She also has experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and all types of related business agreements.
Ms. Mallory joined Park Shumaker Mills as Of Counsel in 2011. She was previously employed at Greenberg Traurig (Silicon Valley), MS Management Services, Pillsbury Madison & Sutro (predecessor to Pillsbury Winthrop & Shaw) and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton.
